      Great people, great management. Poor pay/Training

      Pros

      Great people who are communicative and will work to help you out when first starting. Ways to move and change roles after a few years if you do well.

      Cons

      poor pay. Training is purely sink or swim. If you're not a self starter this will be a difficult role

      Solid place to work. Nothing special Don whitney is the best thing about that place! Miss working with him.

      Poor management in the NOC. Lots of micro management
