      Pros

      Management seems to really care about its employees thoughts/feeling/opinions. They ask a lot of questions and seek feedback often.

      Cons

      There is a lot of human resource stuff you have to do. Constant quizzes and tasks to complete. On top of the heavy workload its not super easy to keep up with all the assignments and surveys thrown at you. I dont feel pay matches work load well. My days are long and overwhelming and I dont always feel valued.

Our aim with the surveys we publish is certainly not meant to overwhelm, but rather to ensure that every voice at SageNet has an opportunity to be heard. The outcomes of our surveys are actionable and have helped us to create, or further develop, initiatives that have made us more successful from both an internal and external perspective. As mentioned, feedback is valuable and we will certainly keep yours in mind as we continue to evolve as an organization.

      Great culture. You can learn a lot if you put in the effort. Healthy snacks and work out room is very nice.

      Cons

      Smaller company, and internal politics may be a distraction.

      Over the last several years there have been great strides made toward further development and improvement of the culture here at SageNet. Associate health is also something we remain proactive about through the perks you mentioned, as well as continued education and friendly competitions! We are certainly happy to hear that you enjoyed our culture and wellness initiatives during your tenure at SageNet. As we have continued to grow and develop as an organization there has been the need for more structure, policies and even layers of management. We continue to make every good faith effort to maintain open lines of communication and transparency throughout the organization.
