Pros

The only pro is hybrid work environment.

Cons

1. They'll promote you if they think they can manipulate you into their agenda. 2. Underpay you. 3. False promises. 4. Don't ever show emotion, especially if you're a female. The male leadership will push you out not before telling you to not have feelings. 5. The sales team overpromises and instead of being held accountable, the rest of the company has to figure out how to deliver on those promises. 6. Abuse from customers and internal folks will not have your back. As long as they can keep their customers and make money, they don't care. 7. The CEO is pushing everything to a call-center and trying to hide it from customers who don't want their calls going to a call center. 8. Upper leadership is old and stuck in their ways. They don't care about work life balance. You will get called and texted while you're on PTO. They expect you to work because it's an "emergency" even though they don't try to have a back-plan with someone is out. 9. Benefits are awful. They signed up for an insurance that is rarely covered in the state they're based out of.
