Pros

Benefits are good. Promotions run rampant. Growing company with intelligent executive-most leadership.

Cons

Toxic positivity runs rampant here. If you try to suggest new ideas or new processes, it is viewed negatively. Don’t think you will be allowed to voice your opinion like you would at most companies, because it will not be welcomed. Some leaders are there to build a resume, and it is obvious. Too many promotions at the drop of a hat. There are many Directors and Managers who do not even have any direct reports. Rapid growth without appropriate planning makes for a chaotic work environment.
