Pros

I enjoy working for the company and appreciate the growth opportunities it offers. As long as you do your job well and stay consistent, there are good opportunities to advance fairly quickly. For my experience my trainer was great when I started.

Cons

It seems obvious that the camera is being used for monitoring and micromanaging. The system is already monitored during production, so I do not believe the camera is necessary. I also do not fully agree with the explanation that it is only for the client or because of sensitive information. In my opinion, it feels more like Sagility is using it to closely watch agents and make sure they are doing their jobs, even though QA already provides visibility into their work through screen monitoring.

Everything is great within the company ! They have shown me the exact things they stated when I first applied, everyone is so nice and supportive.

Cons

Training mirroring production more than it does as far as navigation
