      salary pay was never delayed

      Cons

      overworked employees, final pay will take forever to be released (at least for me it took 4 months from my last day of work)

      Pros

      Strick work time balance which even management respects. No body calls you during your off time unless its a real emergency. People are also friendly and approachable.

      Cons

      Still stabilizing from rapid expansion so hiccups in processes

      The right place to work having flexible work option and a balanced work life cycle. More learning as we get to work on varied processes and an employee centric organization.
