Very Good Benefits for Management, Exploiting Agents

Above Industry Standard Pay, Great Benefits, Weekends off. Data driven management. This is really a good company to work with when it comes to leadership.

Cons

Facility and IT infrastructure outdated, They trick agents into applying to a POC, Team Lead Apprentice Role without any increase, allowances delayed by months. No documented agreement or contract indicating the change in role, hence if the agent decides to apply elsewhere no proof can be shown that they did Leadership Tasks and Roles.
