Good salary, 5 days working, a handfull of dept working in a hybrid model.

Cons

Not employee centric. No work life balance, Long working hours, Autocratic leadership styles, only interested in bottom line, toxic work culture, Not a safe place for women employee in certain departments due to SH case filed , but overlooked.
