Everything! Management and HR are a joke. First and Second shift coordinators will steal your suggestions and claim them as their own to management. No notice on how many hours you'll be working on a day to day basis. First shift boss Stephen is an idiot and always makes sports references when he's trying to explain something to you and the second shift boss is a raging alcoholic that will take all his anger out on anyone who is around at the time.

Poor management Poor hours Poor coordination All you really need to do is smooch they right persons butt to move up here. Don't need to be knowledgeable or even good at your job and you'll move right on up. Company finds reason to weed out experienced employees to bring in a fresh crop. A lot of favoritism. All evaluations written by HR seem to be copy and pasted off of a template. The results of them rarely make sense and if you dispute something on your eval they will only pretend to care and say they will "look into it" . I wouldn't wish this job on my worst enemy unless they want temporary work for a year or two.
