Company paid health insurance, that’s all.
Cons
Company culture is terrible, horrible management, employees are always bitter and angry, unreasonable expectations for such low pay. The manager operates like a prison warden, is cold and unfriendly, plays favoritism with his chosen few. There is no HR presence at all, which is too bad because it allows the manager to be a dictator. This job should start at $17/hr and then just maybe it would be worth it.
