Pros

Great health benefits, clean work environment, training provided, clean lunchroom with day shift schedule & weekends off.

Cons

Very fast paced environment with standing around not tolerated. You have to be okay with being micro-managed and staying busy while you are on the clock. If you get your job responsibilities completed you are expected to pick up a broom and sweep the warehouse aisles, move pallets, re-fill shipping supplies and other duties in the warehouse as assigned by the warehouse manager. Engaging in conversations with other employees is discouraged when work is to be done. Two-10 minute breaks and one half hour for lunch.

Pros

- My immediate boss was great, as were the coworkers in my immediate department

Cons

- There was a strict policy of NO remote work, even for office workers during the pandemic when these workers could easily work remotely. This was excused as "our company just doesn't have the infrastructure to do this" which I found to 1. be absolutely untrue, there is no reason why remote work would be unsupportable with the tech they had in majority of cases and 2. if it were true, they've clearly had more than enough time to update their infrastructure during the pandemic and chose not to. - No enforcement of mask guidelines - I saw them skirt COVID guidelines by warning people when inspectors showed up, and putting masks on people's desks and telling them to wear them only for these visits in order to fake being in compliance. - Very innapropriate climate allowing people to openly say slurs against your political party, insult your political beliefs, etc. which honestly is just incredibly unprofessional
