Flexible work schedule, but not very respected by management or customers. A lot of odd hours and demeaning work.

Flexible schedule. Manager was willing to work around other life events and give time off with relatively short notice.

Cons

Never got any reviews that were promised to me. Schedule, while flexible, could change at a moments notice because of a client. Working very long days, often switching between morning and night shifts within a week. Very boring work, often sitting at a computer with nothing to do for hours at a time. Have to brown nose to clients no matter how rude they are. Can't leave a shift until clients leave.

Office culture is a good work culture, the role is easy to learn, there are some perks such as free food

Cons

the work can get repetitive , doesnt seem to have much opportunity for advancement, the pay isnt the best, the hours are not consistent
