Decent part time job for a college student.

Cons

Underpaid You're an "assistant" to unhappy clients because management never knows what is going on or what they are doing. Your position includes slaving away to clients. Bringing them their lunch, dinner, ect, cleaning up their messes (literally), doing mundane tasks like reorganizing the kitchen, storage closets, and front desk. If you have a college degree, avoid this place like the plague!

Mid size company that has a clear vision. The company is fast moving and dynamic in its approach to being a leader in the market research data services. Invests in expertise both in people and in technology and holds true to its core values of quality and partnership. Fun company where good things happen.

Cons

For positions such as recruitment and qualitative assistants not all positions can lead to a promotion. Although for some employees who are very talented this is certainly the case.
