- Relatively easy job compared to other BPO jobs in the country - Higher salary (not a big difference, around)

Cons

- 1 day off (compared to other BPOs that offer 2 - Bad management - 30 minutes lunch - Really difficult to grow - If you leave you are not coming back, there is not open doors policy.
