      Pros

      Good pay, good benefits. If you stick around long enough, you will get an assigned run. Weekly pay. 401k 50 percent match up to 6 percent.

      Cons

      Be prepared to work very long hours, have very little home time, you are just a number, management does not and will not have your back, they are too busy looking over their own shoulder. They have zero loyalty to long time employees, and they play favorites. I would look into working anywhere but here unless you are Out of options. Most of the guys I know that are still there hate it, but feel trapped do to pay and a daytime Linehaul run. They are also installing cameras inside the cab to watch what the driver is doing.

      Pros

      Coworkers are friendly. Decent benefits. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Management isn't good. The company treats employees at big terminals badly. Very little advancement opportunities (even with a college degree) Management is so worried about each other that they lose focus on their own departments. Terrible equipment. Lack of knowledge by management. Turnover rate is ridiculous high.

      Dissappointing

      Pros

      It's a reputable company. It's been around for almost a century. Many employees have been around for a really long time. Their salary and benefits are really good.

      Cons

      The morality and culture of the company may not be worth the pay. They are still using very outdated systems, policies, and procedures. It's great that they have tenure, however, the older employees are stuck in the old way of doing things. A lot of unethical practices in individuals being placed in positions. There many close friends and family being hired into the company. There is really not a career path. You are sort of stuck in that position until someone leaves or retires.
