      Pros

      checks always cleared and overall as long as you show up and do a safe job the local management leaves you be. Not like Fedex Freight were everything was under the microscope.

      Great pay. Good employee relations. Nice staff.

      Cons

      Many of the vehicles are in disrepair, and should not be on the road. CDOT should investigate. Taped up steering wheels? Warning alerts on dash, some trucks have no AC. Routes that require dirt roads. No liftgates, when required. Sometimes, loads are not organized.

      Competitive pay and benefits.

      Cons

      They use cameras to record drivers who break a rule or policy. They don't follow the guidelines that they established in regards to administering discipline.
