Way too managers That doesn't mind walking over the little people to advance. Management just sucks so bad, it makes it a horrible experience.

Decent pay, can live off a 40hr check.

Cons

balance/family time is greatly affected. Sneaky front office, will fire you on a drop of a dime. No loyalty whatsoever. If you like looking over your shoulder, than this is the company for you. This company is Joke!

Poor operation decisions for 90 years. Saia isn't a place you go to...it's a place you end up. The worse communication you have ever witnessed.
