      Great amongst the drivers. Decent balance of work/home

      Cons

      Poor upper management. New terminal manager cared only for himself! Complaints fell upon deaf ears ALL THE WAY UP TO FRITZ !!!

      Pros

      Retirement plan is alright, insurance is cheap imo, your vision is included with your health insurance, and dental is optional. Pay is above the average when compared to a majority of other LTL lines.

      Cons

      Can be a tedious job from time to time but logistical accuracy is a must never the less.
