The pay is good that the only pro.

Cons

Training is horrible, they will change processes and procedures with very brief training. Small terminals are overlooked and left constantly short handed. Bringing legitimate complaints only paints a target on your back and the company is very quick to skip the steps of progressive discipline and go straight to termination despite already being shorthanded.
