      Competitive pay, great coworkers, poor management

      Pros

      Good paying job, regular raises, and great coworkers. Hired me on full time after 6 months and offers me the hours I need to support my family.

      Cons

      Management is often poor. Outsider hiring (mainly of employees fired from competitors) seems much more common than promoting from within. Very difficult to schedule PTO or vacation time as our terminal is usually understaffed

      benefits I liked what I was doing that whole company should get a house cleaning

      Cons

      bad management one accident I was let go I should of got a warning no one hurt frt still on pallets I yes there is a lot of favortisim would like all employees that was wrongly fired to get together and we start a class action law suit

      Poor Management. Constantly micromanaged. If you can deal with BS on a daily basis this job is for you!

      Pros

      Paid Weekly. Inexpensive benefits. Excellent pay. These are the only reasons I have stayed for so long.

      Cons

      Poor management, drama with coworkers and overworked. The more u do the more they want. Managers have their favorites who get treated differently. Rules apply to some not to all. Supervisors will not back you up unless it makes them look good. Supervisors can be lazy at times and pick and choose how and if they want to help you.
