      SailPoint is a commited and totally people driven company. I feel heard, valued and like I matter. Definitely a place to grow and achieve my personal and professional growth. Sailpoint really encourages work-life balance. I LOVE it!

      Pros

      Integrity is #1 - everyone treats each other as they would like to be treated (okay you can't have everyone, but 99%). This come from the top down - it is our culture. The company is growing and there are opportunities to move around in the company.

      Cons

      The company is growing so there are growing pains, but the company does a great job of prioritizing and focusing on what is important.
