Strong Leadership: Execs have a consistent and strong vision that is driven by the market and experience. Puts people first and cares for the growth and development of individuals. Puts the company 4 "I" principles into practice and not just use as slogan

      Pros

      Great technology, amazing culture, love the people I work with, and incredibly well-positioned to capture the Agentic AI Security market. Senior Leadership (all the way up to Mark) genuinely care. The company has a "No Smart Jerks" policy...and its real. We don't want smart jerks. If you're a smart jerk, you will not last long here. They are toxic and simply not worth it.

      -Leaders in IAM/IGA marketplace and strongly positioned to take advantage of the growing Non-Human Identity. -Excellent pre-sales support services to assist with closing large deals. -Excellent on-boarding program.

      Cons

      Nothing I can think of at the moment...Lack of Enterprise experience/processes will slow you down in closing large deals.
