      SailPoint always you to work with great individuals, do impactful and meaningful work, and everyone has a seat at the table in conversations. After almost 2 years working here, I have had the opportunity to grow professionally, impact the organization in a variety of ways, and build relationships with hardworking and kind people.

      None, SailPoint is always growing and improving. They listen to the needs of their employees, are transparent in their plans for improvement and follow-through in doing so.

      Very collaborative environment Employees are kind to one another Leadership is transparent and passionate about our company Fast-paced industry that is always moving forward

      Since we have moved to a US wide model, I miss the liveliness of the building being full here at HQ.

      Happy and helpful teams. No drama. Great trajectory ahead for company as a whole.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little better, but it is still on par for what is "normal" for the market. Pay could always be better at any company, right? Being at the right company still outweighs this as a con.
