      Pros

      Company has top notch technology and experts innovating and supporting it. They really care about the employees and a worklife balance. Tremendous resources offered to customers to ensure success. CEO Mark McClain is an amazing leader. He's all about his employees and not just focusing on numbers.

      Cons

      In the past few years changed the branding a number of times which confuses the customer, but in general a very minor thing.

      Pros

      The positive, supportive and cooperative attitude of everyone at SailPoint. There is truly a "no-jerk" policy, and in my experience this philosophy holds true! Crew members are encouraged to innovate and address real customer challenges with creative and impactful solutions.
