      Simply put, this company is amazing. It's kept me here for a long time, and has provided me with a variety of growth opportunities professionally. SailPoint truly treats people like the individuals they are and gives people the latitude to work together to create solutions. Employees passionately care about customers and take security very seriously - a rare trait.

      Cons

      There can be difficult problems or challenges which present themselves from time to time. While those can be demanding, they can also be an opportunity for growth and maturity.
