      Pros

      Consistent, supportive work environment. Teammates that are smart, care about the work, and each other. Most talented team that I've worked with in my career, and the team works as peers, not competitors. Truly an amazing crew.

      Cons

      Lack of a corporate vacation policy. "Unlimited as approved by your manager" is too subjective and not applied consistently across the company.

      Great culture, concerned about TB/sales approach

      Pros

      I love the team I work with, great people, very collaborative, it's consulting without all the infighting on targets

      Cons

      I'm concerned for the output required and the aggressive asks for sales team and utilization. It feels more like a squeeze since we were acquired which may hurt culture and worklife balance. Still happier here than in consulting at large though.
