      SailPoint has a very supportive culture, growth opportunities to learn various areas of cutting edge technological processes, strong leadership and flexibility. Its an overall great place to work!

      As with any growing company, priorities can shift quickly, but leadership tries their best to communicate changes effectively

      Pros

      Everything is good, the product, the culture all is good. But again depends on the team and your manager.

      Cons

      They need new office space asap, the strength is increasing and current space is not enough, but for some reason management is looking for space within 5km radius of current office even though there are many options available to west of Pune.

      I have been at SailPoint for over a decade and I love it. The culture is great, the people are great, I have nothing negative to say about working here!
