      Pros

      Been at sailpoint for about 8 months and it is a place I see myself working at for a long time. The people I work with are super smart, kind and there’s no such thing as a dumb question in everyone’s book. The product itself is challenging and interesting to work on and the life-work balance is encouraged. You are treated like an adult and as long as you get your work done you are free to set your own schedule.

      -Your voice is heard. You're not just another cog in the wheel. -Everyone is so collaborative and helpful. -Horizontal and vertical growth opportunities. -Most humble, genuine, CEO ever. -Coolest swag to show small tokens of appreciation. -Remote. Global. University Program for young college graduates.

      Cons

      -Could improve on 401k package although it was recently improved to match 50% up to the first 6% of employee contributions (up from the first 3% of employee contributions).
