      Pros

      SailPoint is such a great place to work, joining during a pandemic was seamless and so enjoyable meeting everyone even if it was via zoom! Such a collaborative team and remote working comes easy for SailPoint! The work life balance is just perfect and I have to say some of the best leaders I have ever worked with!

      Would be great to have another office out of London to have more options for people

      Pros

      Great leadership with good learning opportunities. Teams are cohesive and there is a lot of scope to learn and grow. The best part is that SailPoint is one of the most people centric companies I have seen, and you will always get all the support you need during your tough times.

      Cons

      The products need good background of Identity Governance. If you have not worked or familiar with IDG terminology, you might find yourself in no man's land at times.
