      -Smart, supportive teammates and management -Good compensation & benefits

      Cons

      -Pre-covid there seemed to be a weird resistance to remote work, very office-centric for an industry leader in an industry that is skewing remote. Hope to see the continuation of remote work in the long term. -Finding it a bit hard to move up but I imagine this varies by team/career trajectory.

      • Very long sales cycle - must be very patient • As with every organization, accounts and territories will change to align with company initiatives - might lose out on a deal you've been nurturing, but you might gain one as well.
