      Pros

      I have been working in SailPoint for many years now. I don't think there is any other product based company in Pune which I can consider working for. The opportunists we get to work on all the industry leading technologies is simply awesome. There is so much to learn and do at SailPoint every day. Working on an industry leading product resolving new problems every day is a very satisfying experience.

      Cons

      There are no additional perks apart from base salary which other product based company normally provide.
