      People: everyone is very helpful, of the highest ethics, and a great work / play balance Family friendly: flexibility in schedule Superior Products

      Cons

      The only con I can think of are for people that can't work remote and are outside of the Austin area. Remote work isn't for everyone. If you have the discipline, it is the way to go and SailPoint embraces it.

      The company is growing by leaps and bounds which provides areas of growth and opportunity. This in turn requires employees and teams to create innovative ways to ensure we continue to scale! The culture is still focused on providing thoughtful, caring and FUN events across the globe.
