      There's a lot of process for everything, which is good for your track record, but it takes some time to fill out formalities.

      SailPoint is one of the best places I've had the pleasure to work in. The culture is the best one I've experienced it so far and most people who I've worked with subscribe to this culture.

      Cons

      It might be difficult to know where to grow or how to best direct your career within the company, but the space for growth is there.
