      Management is supportive and provides good direction. Colleagues are knowledgeable, helpful, and create a positive work environment. The overall company culture is inclusive and fosters collaboration. The company respects personal time and promotes a healthy balance. The compensation and benefits package is competitive and valuable.

      Cons

      The process for new hires could be more structured, detailed, and offer more practical experience from the start. The current healthcare broker for employees in Mexico is not meeting expectations and causes issues. While learning is supported, the pace could be faster to help new team members get up to speed more efficiently. Growing market in México, while a pro for the company, this highlights the need for better support and processes for the Mexico-based team, including onboarding.

      Pros

      Culture is great, you can tell they really care about their employees, I noticed it during onboarding, probably the best experience I had in my career. Everyone is really kind and smart, work environment is very healthy. There is a lot of flexibility, work-life balance and benefits are great as well.

      None that I can think of right now.
