The company offers a great work/life balance, and flexibility is truly part of the culture. Innovation is valued and actively encouraged, which creates an environment where new ideas can be explored and developed.

Cons

Unfortunately, hard work and strong contributions are no longer well recognized. The company has shifted toward a mindset of simply selling more, without enough focus on how those solutions are actually implemented. There is also a noticeable change in how people are valued; it feels less people-centered and more driven by financial results. Many highly skilled and dedicated employees are not compensated fairly compared to their impact.
