      Pros

      Great people that drive a fantastic culture. Everyone believes in the business and its objectives. The leaders are transparent and drive a culture where your opinion is herd and valued.

      Cons

      Though this is not a bad thing, there are some growing pains and as we grow I'm sure the business will hire local business function staff.
