      SailPoint offers a great work environment, with a thorough onboarding experience and clearly defined, well-documented procedures for new team members. The company culture stands out, especially given the remote nature of the organization, and the employees are genuinely friendly and supportive.

      Pros

      Joining a new company is always a daunting task. SailPoint has figured out a way to make the experience as smooth as possible. The onboarding training and the sales training was delivered by pros. It was succinct and educational and allowed us to network fairly well.

      Cons

      So many different applications. Seems there's an app for everything. Most are best in breed, so you can adapt to them quickly.
