      Pros

      Outstanding leadership. Mark McClain is an incredible CEO that lives the SailPoint core values everyday. Product is outstanding and built for large, complex organizations. Support org truly helps customers. Management chain is excellent too. My immediate manager is outstanding. There are zero a-holes at the company. If we had one, they would be gone. Outstanding onboarding. Every app I needed was available when I opened my laptop on day one. We are growing! Best company I have ever worked for and I hope to retire here.

      Pros

      Strong leadership - no babysitting or micro managing. Thoughtful and deliberate strategies and enablement of the field. Training was awesome online and mostly self paced.

      Cons

      Salary is decent not high but not too low. This is also overshadowed by personal commission rate which is great and equity in a real company (SAIL ticker)
