      Pros

      Culture is great, you can tell they really care about their employees, I noticed it during onboarding, probably the best experience I had in my career. Everyone is really kind and smart, work environment is very healthy. There is a lot of flexibility, work-life balance and benefits are great as well.

      Pros

      Amazing organization where people feel supported immediately. It feels outstandingly good to be surrounded by such smart coworkers. The IT equipment is good enough to provide the proper tools to perform a good job. The recruitment process moves smoothly and takes less than a few weeks from beginning to end. SailPoint HR Team is very professional and friendly. They make sure new members get enough direction to be successful during the onboarding journey

      The specific training path to follow is outdated and the department provides several sources to look at. This may take longer to figure out the right roadmap to follow
