      Industry leading. Company is hitting growth phase. Leadership is great. Company culture is great (our CEO literally wrote a book on developing company culture). Pay is very good.

      Really can't think of something I don't like.

      Pros

      I've never worked for a company with better culture. They value individualism without sacrificing company success and humility. I've worked for other companies who say they have amazing culture, but don't. This place truly does, and makes the effort to keep it that way.

      Not trying to pander, but I honestly wouldn't change much
