Management that cares about people more than at other companies. Great benefits. Work life balance is generally very good.

Cons

The culture at SailPoint, while great, has been generally becoming more corporate over time, and therefor some of what has made SailPoint a great place to work has been declining over time.

The company has an excellent work culture, with even senior management being easily accessible. They have a strong product and have been a leader in the IAM market from the start. The tech stack is impressive, offering opportunities to work on a variety of technologies.

Cons

Since the product is stable, opportunities to work on innovative tasks may not always be frequent. Processes can sometimes cause even small tasks to take longer than expected. Additionally, with counterparts based in the US and Mexico, you may need to stretch late into the evening for meetings and discussions.
