      Culture is A+. There's a no jerks policy and SailPoint actually does a pretty good job of implementing this.

      Depending on the team you're on, upward projection can be limited.

      The budgets were healthy but everything else was god awful!

      Cons

      -Coworkers backstabbing coworkers for their positions -Partner Marketing and Field Marketing HATE one another and its a battle dailyl -Tons of co-workers maliciously talking about you to the detriment of your career -Zero work life balance - They love to play the “we arent jerks & we dont want to work with jerks“ but they are and they do. -Worst experience hands down with zero collaboration between teams and tattles that try to make you look awful for even the most minute ridiculous infraction -Steer clear!
