      Pros

      Great product and people in a high pressure environment. Best in the market

      Cons

      Pressure from every angle. Weak pipe as general demand isn’t there in southeast asia while Thoma Bravo has lofty ambitions to make a profit by flipping the company back onto the market. Creates a lot of pressure to drum up sales while the market isn’t there yet. Sales are being cycled like a washing machine across the region.

      Recently, there have been layoffs among the testing team, which gives the impression that testing is becoming less of a priority in the development process. This shift could potentially limit career growth for QA professionals, especially as developers seem to be getting more focus. It would be great if the company could recognize the importance of maintaining a balance between development and quality assurance, as this would contribute to long-term success for everyone involved.
