      - I really feel like my managers care about my progress - everyone is extremely open and helpful when learning the new software - great pay - great business processes and company culture

      Cons

      - slight growing pains, no longer does a 2nd or 3rd level manager know all employees. I havent noticed anything but employees that have been here longer say they notice

      The culture is great Co-workers are great to work with Work / life balance is really good Challenging problems to solve Great amenities at HQ In person, hybrid, or fully remote work are available

      If you like working with or seeing people in person there aren’t too many that regularly come into the office

Occasionally, certain internal processes can feel a bit rigid or complex, particularly as the company scales. However, leadership is aware and working on improvements, and the positives far outweigh these minor issues.
