      Processes and tools can feel overwhelming at first, especially while getting up to speed. communication can sometimes take extra effort.

      Pros

      Joining a new company is always a daunting task. SailPoint has figured out a way to make the experience as smooth as possible. The onboarding training and the sales training was delivered by pros. It was succinct and educational and allowed us to network fairly well.

      Cons

      So many different applications. Seems there's an app for everything. Most are best in breed, so you can adapt to them quickly.
