Pros

Steve Sain is a real visionary. The company has a real family feeling. It's been a great experience working as a part of SEA. I appreciate the training they've given and how hard the company works to keep everyone connected.

Cons

It's tough when the company loses contracts. Fiercely competitive industry is actually bringing salaries down.
