Pros

Environment is very friendly.The management provides great support to the employee growth.Here we can balance both work and life balance in good way.Fresher have a great growth in their career.They give more importance to the employee grievance.Moreover HR provides great support to the each and every employee.

Cons

Pros

This organization is rich with the Best of clients, Infrastructure, Knowledge pool and Helpful team. It provides a great opportunity to grow and operate openly in a dynamic environment. The sense of ownership and trust makes it going well for it's people.

Cons

Nothing is a show stopper.

If you are good with the Higher Management you will enjoy a better place to work at.

Which makes us think that we need to essentially focus on our people now as they sail this ship. We are trying to cultivate a culture such that no one is dominated and is rather equally empowered.
