Wonderful buildings and structures, the buildings are relatively new - The people that I worked with were giving 100% to make the best of this property.

Cons

Did not have the systems or financial support in place to be successful. the club does not have the base of members needed, the support of the owners of the condos or the long term capital needs covered.

Cons

With all the growth, they are losing touch with the properties individuality and identity. Trying to be more corporate than they should.

Pros

We get to eat the leftovers, we get tips, the team is like a family, availability can be self determined if you are part time or on call, there is opportunities to move up in the company. The management is overall very friendly and approachable. Ms Johnson is on the property a lot.

Cons

Long hours, On your feet all day, breaks are sometimes overlooked, you know when you are coming in but not when you can leave, breaks are limited to 30 minutes.
