Best place I’ve ever worked the management team is engaged with the employees and jumps in to help whenever needed. Great pay and benefits. The Director of Engineering steps in to help all the departments he’s great.

Cons

The drive to work is a little long

Pros

Great coworkers. Able to operate independently (from a brand like Marriott) and creatively. Beautiful surroundings. A lot of employee events and activities. Resort privileges -- Where else can you get a massage for free with "Salamander Bucks"! An opportunity to be part of achieving 5 Star status - what a privilege!

Cons

At times the resort is short staffed but management is always seeking new ways to find talent and as the resort's name becomes more recognized, this problem will reduce significantly.
