Pros

This is a company with a passionate and hands on owner. Employees are encouraged to grow and develop. With the number of new resorts opening, this is a company to keep an eye on.

Cons

The price to be the best is to perform at your best everyday. This is not a con to me, but a tip for future employees that Salamander is the best and should only have employees with a desire to be the best.

Beautiful resort and alot of great benefits. Staying on property occasionally is also a great time. The general manager does a great job at motivating employees.

Cons

Working holidays, weekends, days that are supposed to be off. Not much for family time. Maybe this is how hospitality is but it doesn't work for me at all.
